Liz Houghton was referred to us by the new place in OKC, and after meeting her I decided to have her represent me in the sale of our home.  It turned out to be a complicated transaction due to foundation issues with the house - and she successfully negotiated a solution acceptable to everyone and coordinated the foundation work, an estate sale and the packing and moving, the closing of escrow on the house so as not to miss the move in date in OKC.

She  managed everything!  And all that extra work on top of selling the house was done at no additional charge.  Liz helped me take everything one day at a time.  She even had her own crew pack everything and drive a  truck to OKC where they placed our furniture according to the floorplan she had drawn up earlier in the process. And they unpacked for me and even made my bed. They were very nice guys and it was comforting for me to see friendly faces at the new place when I arrived.

I would recommend Liz and her team to anyone moving into a senior living community, or really anywhere.  She will get the job done for you and reduce the stress of it all.
